Tom Osmond is Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Human Capital at Apollo. He has over 30 years of experience in human capital, specializing in HR organizational design, efficiency, business alignment, M&A and change management. Prior to joining Apollo, Tom served as the Chief Operating Officer for the People Team and Head of Total Rewards at WeWork. Previously, he was an HR Executive at BlackRock for 5 years and Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 14 years as well as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 7 years. Throughout his career, Tom has run every HR function and worked on more than dozen HR Transformations.

Tom graduated from The College of the Holy Cross with a BA, earned an MA from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
