Tom Osmond is Managing Director and Head of Human Capital Transformation at Apollo, which includes HC Tech, Operations and Analytics. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in human capital, having most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for the People Team and Head of Total Reward at WeWork. Prior to WeWork, Tom was Global Head of HR Platform and Analytics at BlackRock. Previously, Tom was with Goldman Sachs in a wide variety of human capital roles, running most of the firm's HR Centers of Excellence. Prior to joining Goldman, he worked in the Human Capital Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Tom graduated from The College of the Holy Cross with a BA and earned an MA from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
