Ying Ying Chew is Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific where she is responsible for strategy implementation, operational excellence and driving growth of the APAC business for Apollo. Prior to her current role, she was leading Human Capital for the teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, India and South Korea.

Before joining the firm, Ying Ying was Head of the HR Business Partner team in Government Investment Corporation Singapore (GIC) as well as the Global HR Business Partner for Real Estate Investment and Technology teams. She also held a variety of leadership positions in Human Capital in J.P. Morgan across Business Partnering and Recruiting.
