Rebecca O’Toole is a Partner at Apollo and serves as the Global Head of Talent Development and Head of Human Capital for Credit, ACS, and Origination.

Prior to joining Apollo, Rebecca spent 15 years at BlackRock in a range of senior HR leadership roles, most recently as Global Head of HR Business Partners. She also served as Head of HR for EMEA and as the Global HR lead for BlackRock’s Investments, Client, and COO organizations. Earlier in her career, Rebecca was a Principal at Trans-Form, a consulting firm focused on large-scale integrations and transformation initiatives, and she held several HR and business leadership roles at Prudential Insurance, including Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

Rebecca holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Fairfield University and is certified in MBTI, HBDI, and Hogan assessments. She also serves on the board of Animal Haven.
