Nicole Bonsignore is a Partner at Apollo where she has helped steward the organization’s human capital efforts for over a decade.  She currently leads Human Capital for Apollo’s Equity Business and she is the Global Head of Talent Strategy.  Nicole is also a member of Apollo’s Human Capital Leadership Team.  Prior to joining Apollo in 2011, she was a Vice President at Neuberger Berman responsible for the Recruiting and Training & Development team.  Nicole joined Neuberger Berman after spending eight years at Lehman Brothers where she served as the Head of Associate and Analyst Programs for the Investment Management Division.  Nicole started her career at Lehman Brothers as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer & Retail group and she also spent several years as an Equity Research Associate covering Transports & Logistics.  Nicole is a member of the New York Advisory Board for America Needs You (ANY). 

Nicole graduated from Bucknell University where she received a BA in Economics.
