Mr. Rowan is a Co-Founder, CEO and Chair of the Board of Apollo Global Management, Inc.

An active philanthropist and civically engaged, Mr. Rowan was a founding member and Chair of Youth Renewal Fund and Vice Chair of Darca, Israel’s top educational network operating 53 schools with over 30,000 students throughout its most diverse and underserved communities. He was an initial funder and contributor to the development of the Penn Wharton Budget Model, a nonpartisan research initiative that provides analysis of the fiscal impact of public policy.

Mr. Rowan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a BS and an MBA in Finance (W’84, WG ’85). He previously served as the Chair of the Board of Advisors at Wharton and Chair of the Board of UJA-Federation of New York.
