Louis-Jacques Tanguy is Partner, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for Apollo Global Management and Apollo Asset Management. Prior to joining in 2022, Louis-Jacques spent 13 years at Deutsche Bank in various finance leadership roles in London and New York as the head of Group Finance for the Americas, the business aligned CFO for DB global FIC franchise as well as for its Origination and Advisory business, and has led DB Global Valuation Group. Prior to Deutsche Bank, LJ was the Head of Asia Pacific Valuation for Merrill Lynch based out of Tokyo and has also worked at Société Générale in Paris and Asia in various roles in Finance and Risk.
Louis-Jacques started his career as an academic and was a court appointed expert in France on Financial Investigations. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, a Master’s in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Aix-Marseille.
