Kristi Kaye Burma is Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Athene, where she is responsible for advising the executive leadership team, overseeing execution of all HR objectives, and driving the organizational vision for long-term talent management.

Previously, Kristi served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Athene and Vice President of Human Resources at Aviva USA, until the acquisition of the business by Athene. Before joining Aviva, she held various leadership positions in human resources.

Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa. She also is a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Connection and an executive committee member of the West Des Moines Chamber board.
