Mr. Pluff is a Partner and Global Co-Head of Capital Markets and Syndication, responsible for driving the firm’s capital markets and syndication strategy across its global platform. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Pluff was a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners, where he served as Head of Capital Markets. Earlier in his career, he was Co-Head of the Americas Leveraged Finance and Capital Markets business at UBS. He has accumulated more than two decades of relevant experience in a variety of leadership roles throughout his career. Mr. Pluff holds an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. from Fairfield University.
