Eric Needleman is a Partner, Head of Apollo Capital Solutions and a member of the Firm's Leadership Team. In this role, he leads the firm's capital markets, structuring and global syndication capabilities. Prior to joining Apollo in 2024, Eric was the Global Head of Fixed Income at Stifel Financial Group. Eric served as CEO and Chairman of Sterne Agee prior to the firm's acquisition by Stifel in 2015. Previously, he was Co-Head of U.S. Market Making at KBC Financial Products and has accumulated nearly three decades of experience in capital markets and syndication through various roles in his career.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree in government from Lehigh University.
