Gemma Gucci is Managing Director and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Apollo where she is responsible for leading the Firm’s recruitment efforts and setting its global talent acquisition strategy. She also sits on the Firm’s Human Capital Leadership Team. Prior to joining in 2021, Gemma was the Americas Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at BlackRock. Previously, Gemma was Senior Associate at Korn Ferry in its Global Financial Markets practice, focused on the Asset Management and Alternative Investments sectors. Before that, Gemma was Associate in the Corporate Equity Services Group at Jefferies & Company, Inc. Gemma began her career with Credit Suisse in Private Banking.

Gemma is a graduate of the University of St Andrews, Scotland where she earned an MA with honors in International Relations.
