Francisco Prat is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Athene Holding. He advises the executive team and leads the company’s human resources strategy and execution across organizational development, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits. He also helps shape Athene’s culture and organizational vision and align its people strategy with its long-term objectives. 

Before joining Athene, Francisco served as Global Head of Talent at Apollo Global Management, where he led the firm's talent strategy and cultural transformation, including new leadership development programs, modernizing performance and talent processes, and AI-driven approaches to building a future-ready workforce. He previously held a senior leadership role in Bridgewater Associates' people function. Earlier in his career, Francisco held strategy roles at McKinsey & Company and UBS.

Francisco holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
