Elizabeth Besen is a Managing Director in Apollo’s origination business. In addition to her role in Financial Sponsor Strategy and Coordination, she serves as the Investor Relations Manager for MidCap Financial Investment Corporation, a publicly listed Business Development Company managed by Apollo. She joined Apollo in 2011. Before joining Apollo, Ms. Besen worked in the investor relations function of several public companies. She holds a BA from Washington University and an MBA from New York University.
