Mr. Horton is a Partner at Apollo and member of the Hybrid Equity Team based in New York.  Prior to joining Apollo in 2017, Mr. Horton was an investment professional at The Yucaipa Companies, a middle market private equity firm.  Prior to that, Mr. Horton was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Perella Weinberg Partners.  Mr. Horton currently serves on the board of directors of GFL Environmental Services, PowerGrid Services, and Energos Infrastructure and previously served as a board member or observer for Alorica, Blume Global, Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI), and New Era Cap.  Mr. Horton also currently serves as the co-chair of the Apollo Veterans Network.  Mr. Horton graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
