Mr. Korval is a Partner at Apollo and member of the Hybrid team based in New York. Over his career at Apollo, Mr. Korval has played an important role in the creation and growth of various initiatives, including the Hybrid Value Funds and Opportunistic Credit, where he served on the Investment Committee.  Prior to joining Apollo in 2006, Mr. Korval was at Goldman Sachs in the Special Situations Group.  He currently serves on the board of directors of New Era Cap, Morton Salt, and Reddy Ice, previously served as a director of Blume Global and Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI), and was a board observer for Albertsons Companies.  Mr. Korval is also a member of the board of the Stardust Fertility Foundation. He graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Economics from Tufts University.
