Celia Yan is a Partner and Head of APAC Hybrid at Apollo Global Management, where she leads the firm’s hybrid investment platform across Asia Pacific. She is responsible for origination, execution, and strategic expansion of hybrid strategies across private market opportunities, spanning opportunistic credit to structured equity.

Previously, Celia was Head of APAC Private Credit at BlackRock, where she served as Portfolio Manager for the firm’s APAC Private Credit funds and Chair of the Investment Committee. She also held leadership positions on BlackRock’s APAC Operating Committee and Global Private Debt Executive Committee. Prior to BlackRock, Celia was Head of Greater China at ADM Capital, focusing on private credit investments across Asia and globally, with a strong emphasis on Greater China linked opportunities. She began her career at National Australia Bank and Equity Trustees in Melbourne.

Celia is also committed to community engagement and currently serves on the Advisory Committee of WEMP in Hong Kong, a foundation established to promote children’s mental health. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Applied Econometrics from Monash University.
