Celia Yan is Partner and Co-Head of APAC Credit and Hybrid at Apollo Global Management, where she co-leads the firm’s credit and hybrid investment platform across Asia Pacific, with responsibilities for origination, underwriting, deal management, and strategic expansion of the platform across private investment-grade (IG) credit, direct lending, opportunistic credit, structured equity, bespoke corporate solutions, and opportunities in liquid markets.

Prior to joining Apollo, Celia was Managing Director and Head of APAC Private Credit at BlackRock, where she led the firm’s private credit investing and platform development across Asia Pacific. She also served as Portfolio Manager for BlackRock’s APAC Private Credit funds, Chair of the Investment Committee, and a member of the Global Private Debt Executive Committee.

Before joining BlackRock, Celia was Managing Director and Head of Greater China at ADM Capital, where she invested in distressed opportunities, special situations, performing credit, and growth capital solutions across Greater China, Asia, and globally.
