Allison joined Apollo in March 2023 in Human Capital as a Business Partner for Enterprise Solutions. Prior to that time, Allison was an Executive Director in Human Resources at Morgan Stanley from August 2005 to February 2023. Over her tenure, Allison worked in a variety of Human Captial functions including Campus and Experienced Recruiting, Business Partner and Talent.

Allison graduated from Syracuse University with a BS degree in Marketing.
