Mr. Adam Kostrinsky joined Apollo's Private Equity Group in 2017. He was promoted to Principal in 2020 and became COO of the Global FIG & Strategy Team in 2021. In 2025, he was promoted to Managing Director and appointed COO of Global Origination. Prior to his tenure at Apollo, Adam was an Associate at Court Square Capital Partners and prior to that, an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank. Adam serves on the board of directors for Apollo Enterprise Strategies, Apollo Mexico Company, and Apollo Sports Capital in addition to serving as Apollo's representative on Morningstar's Asset Management Advisory Board.

Adam's philanthropic endeavors include Co-Founder of the Apollo Friends of the Jewish Community (“AFJC”) as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of Educational Alliance, a non-profit organization located in Manhattan. Adam graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University with a BS degree in Finance & Accounting.
