Sundip Kalley is Managing Director and Senior Counsel based in London. He supports Apollo Insurance Solutions Group International (ISGI) and advises on a broad range of matters including asset management, investment funds and insurance, principally on behalf of ISGI acting for its European insurance clients.

Sundip began his career in the Corporate department at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions. Following that he was Head of Corporate Transactions at Prudential where he was responsible for corporate matters including M&A, insurance business transfers, capital optimization and longevity swaps. Prior to joining Apollo in May 2020, Sundip was a Director in the Tax and Legal Department at Deloitte LLP.

Sundip graduated with a B.A. in History from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
