Pete Devonshire is Managing Director and Senior Counsel at Apollo Insurance Solutions Group (AISG). He advises on a broad range of structured finance, alternatives and other investment products, principally on behalf of Apollo's insurance and reinsurance clients.

Pete began his career at Allen & Overy in London before moving to Milbank in New York where he specialized in structured finance and derivatives, including work on the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. Prior to joining AISG in 2016, he worked at Société Générale in New York, covering transactional and regulatory matters for the fixed income, cross-asset solutions and structured finance desks.

Pete received his LLB from the University of Warwick, and completed his postgraduate legal studies at Nottingham Law School. He is qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales, and is admitted as an attorney in New York and California.
