Nari Na is Managing Director and Senior Counsel, Corporate Legal. Prior to joining Apollo in 2021, Nari was associated with the law firm of Clifford Chance US LLP, where she primarily focused on public and private capital markets and corporate transactions, governance and general corporate matters. Nari received her JD from Cornell Law School and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
