Michael Perloff is Partner, Human Capital at Apollo, where he is responsible for compensation, benefits, carried interest plans, payroll, and budget / forecasting. Prior to joining in 2022, Michael was Managing Director in the Human Capital Management Group at Goldman Sachs, where he held senior roles in the Tax and Human Capital Management Groups overseeing areas including executive and equity compensation, partner compensation and benefits, mobility and carried interest plans. Before joining Goldman, Michael was an Associate Attorney in the Executive Compensation Group at Proskauer Rose LLP where he practiced for six years in the areas of compensation and benefits law.

Michael graduated from Hofstra University with a BBS degree in Business Management and Finance and received his JD from Hofstra University School of Law.
