Johanna Diaz joined Apollo in 2026 in Hybrid Capital and is the Global COO for the business. Prior to joining, Johanna was previously at Goldman Sachs for 21 years where she most recently served as Global Head of Alternatives Product Strategy. She has also held senior COO and CAO roles across growth equity, life sciences, infrastructure alternatives investing and securities research
