Jennifer Kerr is a Partner and Head of Strategic Partnerships – Canada within Apollo’s Institutional Client Group (ICG), based in Toronto. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Jennifer spent nearly two decades at CPP Investments, where she most recently served as Managing Director (Global Leadership Team) Credit Investments and Head of Credit Strategy. Previously, Ms. Kerr served in a number of senior roles across the organization, including leading its private equity funds business for many years. Previously, she worked at MWI Partners, a Canadian private equity fund, and at Merrill Lynch in investment banking (Toronto) and structured finance (London). She has served on the board of directors of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) and represented CPP Investments on numerous LP advisory and portfolio company boards.

Jennifer graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She is an advocate for the Ride to Conquer Cancer in support of Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto.
