Heather Berger is a Partner and Senior Advisor of Client and Product Solutions at Apollo Global Management. Heather is also on the board of AltFinance, a comprehensive program to introduce talented students of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to the alts industry and to provide them training, support, and mentorship.

Prior to joining Apollo in 2008, Heather worked in the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse Securities (USA), where she was responsible for raising institutional capital for private equity funds. Prior thereto, Heather was with Capital Z Financial Service Partners, and its affiliate, where she focused on investor relationships and fundraising.

Heather is on the board of Lifepoint Health, is a Trustee of The Spence School in New York, a Member of the Trinity College Board of Visitors of Duke University and board member of Career Girls. She has previously served on the board of directors of The Fresh Market and Presidio.

She graduated cum laude from Duke University with a BA in Comparative Area Studies and French. She resides in New York City with her husband and two daughters.
