Christopher Dearie is Managing Director & Head of Compliance, Europe at Apollo. Before joining Apollo in 2019, Chris was a partner and head of the Financial Services Regulatory Group at MJ Hudson, where his practice focused on financial services law and regulation, advising asset managers, banks and domestic and international investment funds on a broad range of financial services regulatory issues. Before that, Chris was an associate in the London offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Ropes and Gray and Jones Day.

Christopher holds an honors degree in law from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, and the Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen.
