Brett Gibson is Executive Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at Athene Holding. In this role, Brett leads Athene’s investor relations strategy and engagement with the investment community, including investors, analysts and other key financial stakeholders.

Brett joined Athene in 2026. Prior to joining Athene, Brett spent nearly two decades at J.P. Morgan, where he most recently served as Executive Director in North America Credit Research. In this role, he focused on U.S. investment grade credit research across the insurance and healthcare sectors, providing analysis and insights to institutional investors. His extensive coverage of the insurance industry through various market cycles provides him with deep expertise in insurance credit, capital markets and the factors influencing the financial performance and credit profiles of leading insurers.

Brett holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
