Angelo Lombardo is Managing Director & General Counsel, Apollo Insurance Solutions Group (AISG) at Apollo, where he oversees AISG’s legal matters. Prior to joining AISG, Angelo was a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he represented clients in a variety of transactional matters, focusing on representation of investment banks, institutional lenders, asset managers, issuers and corporate clients in debt, structured finance, and secured lending transactions.

Angelo received his JD/MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and a BA in History from Georgetown University. Angelo is admitted to the State Bar of California.
