Trevor Houston joined Apollo Global Management in 2023 in the FIG & Strategy team as the Chief Risk Officer – Platforms.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Houston had a 23-year long career at Citigroup Inc. (Citi) where, most recently, he was the Global Head of Portfolio Management within Institutional Credit Management.  Prior to that, Mr. Houston held progressively senior positions at Citi within the Wholesale Credit Risk organization including providing risk management leadership for the Institutional Clients Group and the Special Assets Group.  He has also held positions with Citigroup Global Markets Inc.’s Investment Banking Division – Global Power and Energy and at ARC Financial Corporation, a Canadian private equity firm that specializes in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Houston is a CFA charterholder and graduated from the University of Calgary (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
