Ephraim Rudman is Partner, Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at Apollo and Co-Head of its Platform Strategy, in which capacity he oversees financial services, yield platforms and yield partnerships for Apollo's equity and debt businesses. Ephraim currently serves on the board of directors of Wheels, Atlas SP, Eliant Trade Finance, Aqua Finance, Petros PACE Finance and Newfi Lending and is also a member of Apollo's Structured Products Investment Committee.

Prior to joining in 2019, Ephraim was with GE Capital for 15 years, most recently as Head of M&A and Portfolio Strategy.

Ephraim graduated summa cum laude from Touro College with a BA in Political Science and received his JD from Columbia Law School. Ephraim also serves as Treasurer and Board Member of Congregation Beth Sholom in Lawrence, NY.
