Samuel Feinstein is Partner at Apollo and President of ACT Capital. Prior to becoming President of ACT Capital, he spent 17 years in Private Equity focused on investments in the chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors. He currently serves on the board of directors of Apterra, Univar Solutions, Water Aid America and WR Grace, and formerly served on the board of directors of CEVA Logistics, Covis Pharma. Hexion, Kem One, LyondellBasell (as a Board Observer), Momentive Performance Materials, Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings, Taminco Global Chemicals, Vacuumshmelze and VECTRA Co. Prior to joining Apollo in 2007, Samuel was a member of the Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley.
