Rich Dubitsky is an Operating Partner in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at Apollo, with a focus on portfolio operations management and integration workstreams related to origination platforms. Prior to joining Apollo in 2023, he was a Managing Director at JP Morgan where he led the firms Wholesale Lending Product, Innovation and Change Management team. Before that, Rich spent 25 years at GE Capital where he held multiple global leadership positions including the Head of Acquisition Integration, COO of Shared Services for the Commercial Bank and Global Regulatory Simplification Leader.

Rich graduated from Northeastern University with a B.A. in Business & Information Technology.
