Nancy De Liban is Partner, Credit at Apollo, where she serves in a key leadership role focused on our U.S. residential mortgage platforms, risk oversight across large ABF transactions and ATLAS, and other special projects across the platform. Prior to joining the Firm, Nancy was Senior Managing Director at Countrywide Financial Corporation and President of Countrywide Alternative Asset Management. While at Countrywide, Nancy oversaw non-agency MBS, consumer and whole loan trading including all conduit operations. Nancy was also a member of Countrywide’s Model Validation Committee and one of the senior managers in charge of Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance. Previously, Nancy was Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where she was a member of the mortgage team and responsible for numerous structural innovations. She currently serves on the board of directors of ROC Capital, Aqua, ATLAS SP Partners, NewFi, Petros, USC Marshall School of Business Tavakoli Center for Real Estate Advisory Board and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Los Angeles.

Nancy received her degree in Finance from the University of Southern California.
