Madhura Shah is Partner and India Lead at Apollo. She is responsible for managing Apollo's office in India, including overall strategy and day-to-day operations. Apollo's India office provides integrated support globally across Apollo's platform that offers clients the firm's full suite of investment offerings across Yield, Hybrid and Equity strategies as well as Enterprise solutions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Madhura was with Deutsche Bank India, where she worked in a variety of leadership roles in Finance. Previously, she was with JP Morgan, based in Mumbai and London. Madhura started her career with Arthur Andersen in the Assurance and Business advisory division.

Madhura is a Chartered Accountant and has cleared Chartered Financial Analyst examinations.

Madhura is passionate about causes that enhance, advocate, and transform lives of youth from under privileged segments of our society and has lent her active support and guidance to these causes over the years. More recently, she has been appointed as an Advisory council member at two non-profit organizations: Antarang Foundation and Smile Foundation.
