Ms. Xhekaj joined Apollo Global Asset Management in January 2024 in Enterprise Solutions as Managing Director and is responsible for Operational Risk & Regulatory Controls. Prior to that, Ms. Xhekaj was Head of Operational Risk Management in the Risk Management Group at Voya Asset Management from November 2017 to January 2024. Prior to that, Ms. Xhekaj was a senior member of the Operational Risk Team and oversaw the development, implementation and maintenance of the Voya Asset Management Business Resilience Program from June 2003 to March 2009. Prior to Joining Voya, Ms. Xhekaj was with PaineWebber/UBS Warburg in Institutional Equity Sales from August 1997 to November 2000.

Ms. Xhekaj is a member of SIFMAs Asset Management Forum. Ms. Xhekaj holds the CFA Institute's Investment Foundations Certificate. Ms. Xhekaj graduated with Honors from Baruch College with a BBA degree in Business Management and Finance.
