Ms. Laura Gonzalez joined Apollo in May 2025 in the Independent Wealth Group as a Managing Director and Lead for IWG LatAm / US Offshore. Prior to that, Ms. Gonzalez was Head of Americas at Allfunds from June 2022 to May 2025. Prior to that and for part of that time concurrently, Ms. Gonzalez was Global Head of Wealth Management at Allfunds and also established both the Sao Paulo and Miami offices for the firm. Prior to Allfunds, Laura led sales and strategic business development for Germany, France, Iberia, and Africa for Thomson Reuters and started her career at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg.

Ms Gonzalez holds a B.S. from Universidad Complutense, Madrid and Eichstaett University, Ingolstadt, Germany. Additionally, Laura has completed post graduate studies from Universite Libre-Solvay Business School and holds an Executive in Behavioral Finance from the London School of Economics & Political Science.

Ms Gonzalez is also active with philanthropy as a financial sponsor and volunteer for “Quilts for Kids” in Nepal.
