John Maggiacomo is a Managing Director and Head of Private Credit Liquidity Solutions (PCLS) at Apollo. In this role, he leads the firm’s efforts to provide liquidity, trading solutions, and market-structure innovation across private assets.

Prior to joining Apollo, John held senior leadership roles across fixed income markets. He served as Head of North America at MarketAxess, focusing on expanding adoption of electronic credit trading and enhancing market transparency across credit products. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Credit Sales, leading distribution across investment grade, leveraged finance, distressed credit, and structured products through multiple market cycles.

Outside of Apollo, John serves on the board of Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, New Jersey.
