Ms. Morreale heads up the application development and support teams that deliver on strategic initiatives for Corporate and Finance functions, including Human Capital, Legal, Compliance, Financial Reporting, Finance Shared Services, Valuations, Tax, Strategic Finance, Treasury, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk, and Corporate Services. Recent achievements include the delivery of the Athene merger for consolidated Financial reporting and the Enterprise Workday consolidation efforts.  Joanne has a passion to mentor and inspire others.  She co-chairs the Apollo Women in Technology (WIT) group.  The WIT mission is centered around empowerment, culture, career development, and leading by example.  WIT has more than tripled in size from about 15 members in 2020 to over 60 members today.

Formerly, Ms. Morreale spent 30 years in Technology at a variety of well-known, global companies such as AT&T, Lucent, IBM, and Wyndham Worldwide. Joanne was the 2014 recipient of the highest and most prestigious award at Wyndham Worldwide, the Chairman’s Count on Me! Award presented by the Chairman and CEO.
