Mr. Tepe joined Apollo in 2025 as a Managing Director in the Apollo Clean Transition Capital Group focused on investing in the energy transition.  Prior to that time, Mr. Tepe was a Principal in the Infrastructure Credit group at Carlyle from April 2021 to September 2025.  Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Tepe was a Director in the Infrastructure Credit group at BlackRock from February 2015 to March 2021.  At both Carlyle and BlackRock, Mr. Tepe focused on the origination, structuring, and execution of credit investments in power, energy, and broader infrastructure assets.  Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Tepe was an Assistant Vice President in the Leasing and Finance group at SMBC focused on tax equity investments in renewable energy assets from April 2012 to February 2015.  Mr. Tepe began his career at John Hancock as an Analyst in the Power and Infrastructure investment group.  Mr. Tepe graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.  Mr. Tepe is a CFA® Charterholder.
