Devra is Managing Director & Senior Counsel for Apollo Insurance Solutions Group, where she is lead counsel for Apollo Aligned Alternatives and is also responsible for the negotiation of asset management mandates for Athene and third-party insurance clients. Prior to joining Apollo in 2011, Ms. Lane held Associate roles at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Bettinger Law Group where she represented clients in a variety of transactional matters, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and structured finance transactions.

Devra received her JD, Law, cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
