Courtney Garcia is Managing Director and Head of Market Risk at Apollo. Prior to joining in 2021, Courtney was Executive Vice President and Portfolio Risk Manager at PIMCO, where she served on various management committees, oversaw investment and counterparty risk, and led firm planning for LIBOR transition. Prior to PIMCO, she was employed by Barclays Capital within the CDO Structuring group.
Courtney graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a Masters of Financial Engineering and Columbia University with a BS in Applied Mathematics.
