Amar Doshi is a Managing Director, Private Equity in Apollo Portfolio Performance Solutions (APPS) and works closely with our investment teams and management teams of our portfolio companies in driving more successful investment outcomes and building stronger companies.

Prior to joining Apollo in 2026, Amar was a Partner, Investment Committee Member, and founding team member of FoW Partners (formerly Two Sigma Impact, a business of Two Sigma Investments) where he led investing, portfolio value creation, and firm management activities. Previously, he was a private equity professional with H.I.G. Capital's middle market private equity group, Centerbridge Partners, LP, and Bain Capital. He started his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company.

Amar has partnered closely with the leadership teams of 15 private equity-backed companies over the course of his career and served on the Boards of 9 of those companies.

Mr. Doshi received his MBA with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated summa cum laude with a BS in electrical engineering from Columbia University.
