Yee Ling Liew joined Apollo Singapore in 2026 as part of the Apollo Portfolio Performance Solutions team, where she is responsible for partnering with portfolio company management teams across Asia Pacific to drive value creation initiatives, operational excellence, and strategic growth. She serves as a key bridge between deal teams and portfolio CEOs, leveraging her experience in portfolio management and operational improvement.

With over 15 years of experience in private equity, finance operations, and strategy consulting, Yee Ling has developed a track record of driving growth and value creation in portfolio companies. Prior to joining Apollo, she served as Head of Portfolio and Impact Management at Octave Capital, a Singapore-based impact fund, and held senior management positions at TPG and Carlyle portfolio companies. She has also served on the boards of directors of several companies in the Health-Tech, Ed-Tech, Food-Tech, and sustainability sectors.

Additionally, she volunteers as an independent Director of the Singapore National Canoe Federation. Yee Ling holds a CPA and SID accreditation, and a double Masters degree in MBA/Masters of Applied Finance from Monash University.
