Tracy Burzycki is an Operating Partner in Private Equity where her primary focus in on commercial excellence activities at the Apollo portfolio companies. Prior to joining Apollo in 2022, she was a Senior Operating Partner – Revenue and Go-to-Market at Graham Partners, a middle-market industrial technology private equity firm located in the Philadelphia suburbs. Tracy previously held several senior leadership positions at Danaher Corporation, a Fortune 500 science and technology innovator, in their Life Sciences and Diagnostic division.

Tracy received her BS in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut where she graduated cum laude and received her MBA from the Columbia Business School. She volunteers her time with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Horticultural Society Tree Tenders program.
