Tracey Byrne is an Operating Partner in Private Equity where her primary focus is on talent and organizational effectiveness activities at Apollo portfolio companies. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Tenneco.

Prior to joining Apollo in 2024, she was the Talent Operating Partner at Macquarie Asset Management, a global middle market real assets investor specializing in infrastructure, green energy and agriculture.  Tracey previously held several senior leadership positions at the Macquarie Group and Goldman Sachs across Australia, Asia and the United States, focused on leadership and organizational development.

Tracy received her BS in Commerce and BA in Spanish/International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney and la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.
