Mr. O’Keefe is a Generalist Operating Partner in Apollo Portfolio Performance Solutions (APPS). Prior to joining the firm in late 2025, Mr. O’Keefe was an Operating Director at TPG Capital.  He worked at TPG for 11 years, spending his time driving transformations within Healthcare and Energy/Industrials.  Mr. O’Keefe’s expertise is in carve outs/company setup, operational transformation and commercial excellence.  Prior to TPG, he worked at Bain and Company as a Principal, helping to setup their Houston office as well as their private equity ring fence capability within the energy sector.  Mr. O’Keefe graduated with an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management and has a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
