Seb Kafetz joined Apollo Global Management in 2026 as a Managing Director in the Treasury Group where he leads financing and balance sheet management working with fixed income investors and banking partners across capital and financial markets. Prior to joining Apollo, Seb was Managing Director and Head of Insurance Coverage North America at Santander Bank which followed a number of roles at Lloyds Bank in London and New York. At Lloyds, Seb ran Corporate and Institutional Coverage for North America with responsibility for a team of bankers including coverage of Insurance, Financial Sponsors and Banks. In this role, Seb also served on the Board of Lloyds Securities Inc and was Chief Representative officer for Lloyds Bank in North America.

Seb is a member of the Board of Directors of The Reading Team, a Harlem based literacy organization for children in PreK and elementary school. Seb has a Masters in Management from Durham University Business School and a Bachelors in Politics from the University of Nottingham.
