Mr. Khakee joined Apollo in 2025 in Corporate Solutions/HGA and is responsible for Internal Ratings Agency Review. Prior to that time, Mr. Khakee was a Managing Director in the Methodologies Group at S&P Global Ratings. Prior to that, Mr. Khakee was a Managing Director in the Structured Finance Group at S&P Global.

Mr. Khakee is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation. Mr. Khakee previously served on the Board of Trustees of Sanibel Sea School.  Mr. Khakee graduated with honors from New York University with a B.A. degree in Economics/Social Sciences and received his Masters in Public and Private Management from Yale School of Management.
