Mike Solomon joined Apollo in 2026 as a Managing Director in Hybrid Value Portfolio Operations. In this role, Mike is responsible for supporting deal teams and partnering with Hybrid Value's portfolio companies to drive stronger investment outcomes and build more durable businesses.

Prior to Apollo, Mike spent a decade at Advent International, where he served as a Director in the Portfolio Group. Before that, he served as Transformation Officer / Vice President of Operational Excellence at TridentCare, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity. Mike began his career at Audax Private Equity.

Mike holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University.
