Maxwell David is a Partner on the Private Equity team at Apollo, primarily focused on investments in the healthcare and chemicals sectors. He currently serves on the board of directors of Lifepoint Health, ScionHealth, 25m Health, and Univar Solutions, having previously served on the board of directors of CareerBuilder, AmeriHome and Newfi. Prior to joining Apollo in 2014, Maxwell was a member of the Investment Banking division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Maxwell also serves on the board of the Cancer Research Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing immunotherapy to treat, control, and cure all cancers. Maxwell graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Economics.
