Lisa Paterson is Managing Director, Real Assets at Apollo, where she is responsible for origination and structuring of commercial real estate debt investments and has over 20 years of experience in real estate finance. Prior to joining Apollo in 2025,  Lisa was Managing Director at Oak Hill Advisors, spearheading the creation of the Real Estate Credit department. Previously Lisa served as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc, responsible for institutional client coverage and direct real estate loan originations. Additionally, she worked at Gramercy Capital Corporation as Director of Asset Management focused on the restructuring and enforcement of distressed real estate investments. Prior to that, Ms. Paterson started her career at Bear, Stearns & Co. and subsequently became an acquisitions associate at Reckson Associates Realty Corp.

Lisa earned a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University and serves on the Executive Advisory Counsel for the Fordham Real Estate Institute.
